Role & responsibilities

We have different operation managers, based on your skills you will be assigned some of the following responsibilites.

- Managing operations

- Faculty & TA hiring operations & coordinating with HR

- Managing remote staff of 20-50 people

- Managing faculites & teaching assistant

- Operations related to online classes, lecture uploads

- Student relations

- Placement assistance

- Customer Support Team management

- Video & Graphic production team operations & management.

- Scheduling faculty seminars & interviews.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with educational background in Tech & Business Operations.

- Good prior experience in Operations and Managing Teams.

- Have done hiring & firing.

- Most Significant : Responsibility & Reliablility towards work. (we don't believe in micro management )

- IMP : Good English Communication skills
