Required Experience & Expertise:

- Minimum 35 years of proven experience in melting and metal manufacturing operations, preferably in copper and non-ferrous process industries.
- Solid hands-on exposure to Foundry Operations (Ferrous & Non-Ferrous) with practical experience in industrial furnace and melting operations.
- Prior experience in Copper CCR Rod Plant melting operations will be highly preferred.

- Sound technical knowledge of:
- Melting processes, furnace operations, and molten metal handling
- Raw material charging, melt control, and production monitoring
- Shift production planning, process control, and operational discipline
- Furnace performance monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination
- Industrial quality systems, laboratory operations, and testing procedures
- Chemical, physical, and metallurgical testing related to copper production




- Manpower allocation, shift supervision, and shop-floor management

- Proven ability to achieve shift production targets while maintaining product quality, process stability, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
- Capable of controlling metal loss, minimizing downtime, and handling production-related issues during shift operations.
- Must be willing and capable of working in rotational shifts and independently managing shift production activities.
- Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and team handling skills are essential.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline.
