Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, marketing, and support functions.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Implement HR policies, performance management, and employee relations programs.
- Build a positive, high-performance work culture.
- Maintain HR records, MIS, attendance, and compliance.




- Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and workforce planning.

Desired Skills:

- Strong expertise in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and HRMS tools.
