Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage accounts finalization, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and tax returns.

- Ensure accurate bookkeeping practices by maintaining up-to-date records and performing regular audits.

- Oversee GST compliance, TDS management, and taxation processes to ensure timely payment of taxes.

- Provide guidance on accounting principles and best practices to junior team members.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in finance & accounts role with expertise in Accounts Finalisation, Book Keeping, Taxation (Income Tax), Balance Sheet finalization.

- Proficiency in using Tally ERP software; knowledge of GST filing requirements an added advantage.

- Robust understanding of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
