- Ability to create, repackage, convert, and customize applications in MSI, MSIX, MSIX conversion, App-V 5.x, and macOS PKG formats.
- Ability to perform detailed source validation, OS compatibility checks, sequencing, and dependency mapping using clean VM builds.
- Sequenced Applications for a virtual environment using Microsoft App-V 5.0 Interacting with Primary requester for requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, test, and Implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience deploying packaged applications across Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM, including testing both deployment paths for reliability.
- Created custom actions within MSI to make the applications work according to the company standards.
- Robust troubleshooting with ProcMon, Event Viewer, CMTrace, logs from installer engines, and remediation workflows.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and experience with PSAppDeployToolkit for automation.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow (SNOW) tool and ITIL framework, including incident, change, request, and configuration management processes.
- Experience using PatchMyPC for automated packaging, silent install wrapping (PSADT), version monitoring, and publishing to SCCM/Intune.
