Job Description

AK Shipra Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable and experienced IT Freelancer to provide on-call technical support for our corporate office.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day IT issues, system maintenance, network troubleshooting, and user support whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure and maintain Windows operating systems.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Install and maintain antivirus, software applications, and system updates.
- Configure email accounts (Outlook/Office 365/Gmail).
- Perform regular data backup and basic security checks.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for repairs and AMC support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.




- Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent in IT/Computer Science.
- 25 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Should own a laptop and basic troubleshooting tools.
- Must be available for on-call visits whenever required.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with corporate offices will be preferred.
