We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Operations team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in customer service, operations management, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
- Deliver professional responsibilities focusing on excellence and operational efficiency.
- Supervise less experienced professionals, providing guidance and expertise.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues via phone, online chat, or text.
- Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments.
- Provide technical and non-technical customer support in a walk-in service center.

Job Requirements

- Comprehensive knowledge of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO operations.
- Experience in managing teams and supervising work of less experienced professionals.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with multiple priorities.
