Job description

- Ensure smooth operation of all technical services and MEP systems during shift including Electrical, HVAC, DG Sets, STP/WTP, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Take charge of all technical assets in the building and support the Property Manager / Facility Head in daily operations.
- Manage and supervise technicians and maintenance staff for effective service delivery.
- Plan and implement Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify risks, defects, and ensure system reliability.
- Handle breakdowns and technical issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime.
- Monitor vendor activities, AMCs, and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation including logs, checklists, asset trackers, and maintenance records.
- Verify vendor bills, quotations, and ensure timely submission of invoices and follow-ups for payments.
- Support in budgeting, cost control, and tracking of maintenance expenses (CAM where applicable).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain coordination with occupants, clients, and internal teams for issue resolution.
