We are hiring for a NLP Engineer role for our client, an AI technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build NLP models for text classification, extraction, and generation
- Fine-tune transformer-based models (BERT, GPT) for domain-specific tasks
- Build text preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines
- Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy NLP models into production

Required Skills:

- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers)
- Understanding of transformer architectures and embeddings
- Experience with model fine-tuning and evaluation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Valuable to Have:

- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of information retrieval systems
- Exposure to multilingual NLP
