We are hiring for a Scrum Master role for our client, a technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments blocking the team's progress
- Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices
- Track sprint progress and maintain project boards (JIRA)
- Foster collaboration between development, QA, and product teams
- Report sprint metrics and delivery status to stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence for sprint management
- Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coach teams towards self-organization
Positive to Have
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe)
- Background in software development
- Experience managing multiple teams
