We are looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms. The role involves consistent posting, coordination with agencies for content creation, platform audits, online reputation management (ORM), and supporting product training initiatives to ensure solid brand presence, engagement, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily posting across all social media platforms as per the content calendar.

Coordinate with creative and digital agencies for content creation and timely delivery.

Conduct regular platform audits to ensure profile hygiene and brand consistency.

Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) using ORM tools, including monitoring, issue tracking, response coordination, and timely escalations.

Conduct product training sessions, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and other stakeholders as and when required.

Support the creation and dissemination of product-related communication, training materials, and awareness campaigns across digital channels.

Track, analyze, and share social media performance reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
