Job Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with customers for MS software licensing.




- Make outbound calls on the allocated database to achieve targets.
- Profile organizations and identify software license status.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing and compliance.
- Conduct internet research to identify alternate contact details.
- Coordinate with RPCs to execute program requirements.
- Achieve monthly revenue and performance targets.
