Role & responsibilities

- Edit high-quality short-form videos (Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts, interviews, corporate videos).
- Transform raw footage and content ideas into engaging, upload-ready content with minimal supervision.
- Create eye-catching social media creatives, thumbnails, banners, and promotional graphics.
- Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, captions, subtitles, sound effects, and color correction.
- Write engaging captions and optimize content for different social media platforms.
- Use AI tools to improve editing speed, generate creative ideas, create captions, enhance audio/video, and streamline workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high visual quality.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient content library.

Required Skills

- 25 years of professional experience in video editing.




- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other graphic design software.
- Ability to edit both short-form and long-form videos.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, audio editing, and subtitles.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Kling AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or similar.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
- Ability to independently convert raw footage into polished, high-performing content.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Positive to Have)

- Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Knowledge of photography or videography.
- Experience creating viral social media content.
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
