Role overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong consultative mindset and technical aptitude to act as a trusted advisor to clients. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, provide solution recommendations, challenge requirements when necessary, and guide stakeholders toward Salesforce best practices.

The candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and business process transformation, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the Real Estate domain and exposure to Financial Services Cloud will be an added advantage.

Key responsibilities:

- Act as a Salesforce Functional Consultant and trusted advisor to business stakeholders and clients.
- Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Analyze business processes and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
- Work closely with architects, developers, administrators, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide consultative guidance on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce ecosystem capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
- Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to overall Salesforce architecture discussions.
- Evaluate business requirements from both functional and technical perspectives.
- Support UAT, change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
- Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms to improve analysis, documentation,



and solutioning efficiency.

Required skills and qualifications:

Salesforce functional and technical knowledge

- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Lead-to-Prospect-to-Close lifecycle
- Case Management and Customer Service processes

- Knowledge of Agentforce capabilities, use cases, and AI-powered automation.
- Exposure to Financial Services Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing concepts, profiles, permission sets, reports, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and integrations.
- Ability to discuss technical solutions with developers and architects.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture concepts is preferred.
- Ability to evaluate solution feasibility and provide recommendations from a technical perspective.

Business analysis and consulting skills

- Requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Business process mapping and optimization.
- Gap analysis and solution consulting.
- User story creation and backlog management.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
- Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles.

Must have skills:

- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (Mandatory/Strongly Preferred).
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Knowledge of Agentforce capabilities and AI-powered automation use cases.

Good to have skills:

- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Exposure to Financial Services Cloud and Financial Services domain.
- Real Estate domain experience.
- Agentforce Specialist/Consultant Certification and additional Salesforce certifications.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, integrations, and system design concepts.

Preferred certifications:

- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (Mandatory/Strongly Preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Agentforce Specialist/Consultant Certification - Nice to have
- Additional Salesforce Certifications are highly desirable

Preferred domain experience:

- Real Estate Domain Experience (Highly Preferred)
- Financial Services Domain Exposure (Positive to Have)
