Eligibility Criteria

- UG Freshers and Graduates are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service/BPO are eligible for the experienced role.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Valuable typing speed and basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat support.
- Assist customers with flight bookings,



baggage-related queries, cancellations, and flight rescheduling.
- Provide accurate information regarding airline policies, schedules, and travel services.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high service quality.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company guidelines.

Salary

- Minimum 6 year of experience: Salary up to 3.5 LPA
