About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager Learning & Development to lead enterprise-wide learning strategy, competency development, leadership capability building, certification programs, and organizational development initiatives.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for creating a future-ready workforce by aligning learning initiatives with business goals, technical capability development, project readiness, and employee growth.

Approximately 20% of the role will focus on designing and driving Behavioural, Managerial, and Leadership Development Programs across different employee levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute enterprise L&D; strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI) and competency gap assessments.
- Build and manage competency frameworks, role-based skill matrices, and learning pathways.
- Design and drive Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Lead Behavioural, Managerial, and Leadership Development programs.
- Drive technical learning, certification, and capability-building initiatives.
- Support ServiceNow-focused learning and certification programs.
- Design onboarding, bootcamps, project readiness, and role-based learning journeys.




- Measure learning effectiveness using analytics, dashboards, assessments, and Kirkpatrick methodology.
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, assessments, personalization, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR, technical SMEs, and external vendors.

Must Have

12+ years in Learning & Development / Talent Development / Organizational Development

IT Services / SaaS / Software industry experience

Enterprise L&D; strategy ownership

Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI)

Competency Frameworks & Skill Matrices

Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

Behavioural & Leadership Development

Managerial Capability Building

Technical Learning & Certification Programs
