The Opportunity

We are looking for an SAP TM (Transportation Management) Senior Consultant to join the EY GDS Team. As part of our EY GDS TechOps team, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for SAP TM across multiple regions for our global clients.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize logistics and transportation processes aligned with business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
- Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- Bachelors degree in technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 37 years of experience in SAP TM, preferably in global or multi-region environments




- Experience in supporting SAP TM incidents and service requests
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues raised by business users
- Hands-on experience with Freight Order Management, Freight Unit Management, Planning & Optimization
- Experience in handling change requests and enhancements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on-call support

Ideally, youll also have
- Solid knowledge of Freight Planning, Carrier Selection, Tendering, Charge Calculation
- Integration experience with SAP EWM, SD, MM
- Knowledge of S/4HANA Embedded TM
- Experience with interfaces and middleware (PI/PO/CPI)
- SAP TM Certification

What you will do
- Provide Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP TM
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management
- Act as Level 2/3 support specialist
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve critical issues
- Collaboration with business stakeholders
- Maintain documentation and train junior members
- Participate in on-call and shift schedules
