Job Summary:

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment with business goals. This includes managing networks, software, hardware, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and IT support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement the companys IT strategy in line with business objectives.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improving infrastructure and business efficiency.

- Systems & Network Management:
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, servers, and networks.
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.

- ERP & Business Applications:
- Manage ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ginesys. Tally, or in-house ERP) to ensure smooth operation.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants for ERP customization and upgrades.




- Cybersecurity:
- Implement and manage security measures to safeguard company data and systems.
- Monitor potential security threats and respond to incidents promptly.

- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Lead the IT support team in resolving hardware and software issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users across departments.

- Vendor & Budget Management:
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement and operations.

- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure IT systems are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain documentation of IT policies, procedures, and infrastructure.

Required Experience:

- 3-8 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or luxury industry preferred.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
