Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements through discussions, workshops, and stakeholder interactions.
- Must have experience mentioned CM domain along with Derivatives exp
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and related requirement artifacts.
- Define Agile Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and functional requirements aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business needs into transparent, complete, and testable functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement clarification sessions with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization activities in Agile delivery environments.
- Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Perform impact analysis for requirement changes and support change management activities.
- Participate in requirement reviews, walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-off processes.
- Support testing teams by clarifying requirements and validating delivered functionality against business expectations.
- Maintain requirement traceability and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support successful delivery solutions.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with documented business requirements and expected outcomes.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools, where applicable,



to support requirements elicitation, documentation, business analysis, requirement traceability, and productivity while ensuring business validation and accuracy of deliverables.
