SAP BTP RAP Senior Developer

Your Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with functional teams to convert business needs into technical solutions
- Develop application & apis using SAP RAP (managed/unmanaged scenarios)
- Convert legacy applications using RAP
- Create and enhance CDS views with UI and analytical annotations
- Build and test OData services using RAP
- Support development of SAP Fiori elements / SAPUI5 applications
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance improvements
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Support Level 3 incidents, enhancements, and continuous improvements
- Ability to work independently , as part of a team and lead the team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP RAP, ABAP Cloud and related technologies.

Skills and attributes for successQualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or a related field.
- SAP ABAP on HANA and strong ABAP Oops
- SAP RAP fundamentals (BOs, behavior definitions, service binding)
- CDS Views & Annotations
- SAP key user and developer extensibility
- OData services
- Clean Core & Cloud ready development concepts
- SAP Business Application Studio for Fiori Elements / SAPUI5
- Debugging & troubleshooting skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
- SAP BTP services (Workflow, BPA, Integration, AI services)
- Implement side by side extensions aligned with Clean Core principles
- SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud experience
- Agile / Scrum experience
- SAP BTP / ABAP Cloud / RAP Certification
