We are hiring for a leading financial services client for their Contact Center. We are looking for candidates with experience in International Contact Centers (ICC), preferably from finance-based processes, who can handle customer interactions efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer queries related to financial accounts, transactions, and services
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to client concerns
- Assist customers with basic financial information and account-related processes
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through skilled communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
- Meet defined KPIs such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with financial products, services, and process changes

Eligibility Criteria:

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate




- Minimum 1 year experience in International Contact Center (ICC)
- Preferably from finance-based process/company
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts required

Experience Range: 1-6 Years

Maximum Age: 32 Years

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: Up to 63,000 in hand
- Night Shift Allowance: 6,000/month
- Annual Bonus: 36,000
- Both-side cab facility
- 5 days working + 2 rotational offs

Shift Timings:

- Night Shift (6:30 PM 4:30 AM window)
