Job : Academic Counselor

Location: Greater Noida West (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and student-focused Academic Counselors to guide parents and students in selecting the right learning programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful enrollments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding our K–12 tutoring programs.
- Understand students' academic challenges and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule and conduct online counseling sessions and demo class appointments.
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular follow-ups.
- Address queries, resolve objections, and guide families through the enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions in the CRM.




- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout the admission journey.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- 0-5 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Admission Counseling, or Customer Relationship Management is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Robust counseling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
