Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Financial Advisory Support Executives to provide voice-based support for financial advisory services. The role involves assisting clients with financial products, resolving queries, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a high-quality customer experience through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions related to financial advisory services.
- Assist clients with account-related inquiries, financial products, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Experience





- Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice process/customer support role.
- Experience in financial advisory roles such as portfolio management, investment advisory or wealth management
- Excellent verbal communication skills required for this job role.
- Robust understanding of financial markets, instruments and regulations.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary up to 63k in hand
- Annual Bonus: 36,000.
- Night Shift Allowance: 6,000.
- 5-Day Work Week (Saturday and Sunday Off).
- Both-Side Cab Facility.
- Hybrid Working Model.
