Your Role

As an Executive Education Sales Executive, you will act as a trusted career advisor, guiding working professionals toward the right academic programs while driving admissions and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective learners on Online Degree, Executive Education, Global MBA, Executive MBA, Doctorate, and Professional Certification Programs.
- Convert high-quality inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns into successful enrollments.
- Engage with 100120 prospective students daily through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual counselling sessions.
- Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and recommend the most suitable learning pathway.
- Build, manage, and nurture a healthy sales pipeline using LeadSquared CRM.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly admission as well as revenue targets.
- Maintain timely follow-ups and provide an exceptional counselling experience throughout the admission journey.




- Generate referrals and build long-term relationships with existing learners.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across multiple education programs.
- Ensure accurate documentation and CRM updates while maintaining high data quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who possess:

- 25 years of experience in EdTech, Executive Education, Higher Education, Online University Admissions, or Education Sales.
- Proven experience in selling high-value education programs, including:
- Global MBA
- Online MBA
- Executive MBA
- Doctorate Programs
- Executive Certification Programs
- IIT/IIM Executive Education Programs

- Strong consultative selling, counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Hands-on experience with LeadSquared or any CRM platform.
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a rapid-paced sales environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be given preference.
