Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Specialist to design, develop, and implement AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and Data Cloud. As an Individual Contributor, you will build intelligent AI agents, develop scalable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST APIs, and leverage Agent Studio and Prompt Builder to deliver enterprise-grade automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end Agentforce implementations and accelerate AI-enabled business transformation in a remote-first workplace.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Agentforce solutions
- Configure Agent Studio, Topics, Instructions, Actions (TIA), and Prompt Builder
- Develop AI agents and custom Agentforce actions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST APIs




- Implement Data Cloud data models, ingestion, Data Library, vector search, and grounding strategies
- Build secure AI solutions using Einstein Trust Layer and AI governance best practices
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce and external systems
- Develop and optimize AI agent orchestration and retrieval performance
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture, and implementation artifacts
- Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-driven business solutions
