We are currently seeking Lead Engineer-Electrical to join our Team, and this position will be directly reporting to HOD, Electrical for Gurugram.

We seek a seasoned professional to join our team as Lead Engineer-Electrical. This role is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and 8-15 years of industry experience. Expertise in ETAP, SEL, and various lighting design software is crucial. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer industries. As part of our team, you will lead electrical design and analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Join us in driving innovation and excellence in engineering.

About the Job:

Responsibilities:





- Plans, schedules, and supervises the design and engineering activities for onshore and offshore Oil & Gas facilities projects (FEED and detailed design) :
- Reviews of project and general specifications, specific engineering procedures and engineering policy.
- Establishing Electrical Engineering scopes of work, manhour estimates, equipment estimates, resources, budgets, schedules. • Responsible for project execution within budget and time schedules, management and leading other engineers, and must be able to work independently.
- Guidance and training of engineers under supervision The Lead Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the correct and timely execution of Electrical Engineering activities, including, but no limited to :
- Basis of electrical system design and control philosophy
- Electrical load balances and consumers lists • Electrical Equipments indexes, sizing calculations , Data sheets, standarts, specifications for detail design • Electrical diagrams (protection, Interlocking and inter tripping, Automatic transfer Diagrams LV and HV, Interconnection and Wiring, Trouble Shooting, control system logic, loop )
- Power Distribution Control System (PDCS) equipment specification ,



Load shedding specifications • Selectivity Studies, Dynamic stability studies
- Load flow and short circuit currents calculations
- Substations and Technical Rooms location plans, overall power distribution layout and equipment layout
- Typical Control schematics and Installation Standards
- Earthing : Equipment Specification and layouts
- Lightning : Equipment Specification and layouts

About you:

Qualifications / Skills:

- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, with at least 8-15 years of relevant industry experience.
- Conversant with ETAP, SEL and other Lighting software.
- Experience in Oil &Gas;, Petrochemical, Fertilizer industries is preferred.
- Shall be well versed with Indian& International codes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is essential. Ability to foster communication within diverse cultural environments.
