We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Merchant Ops team, responsible for creating pre-requisitions for brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Brand Ops and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and lead the Merchant Ops team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve brand performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create pre-requisitions for brands.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure team success.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Brand Ops or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.




- Solid understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
