Position: Business Development Manager, Global Capability Centres (GCC)

Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Gurgaon / Noida (Travel across India as required)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated GCC Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring and managing Global Capability Center (GCC) clients across India. The ideal candidate should have solid relationships with GCC decision-makers and a proven track record in selling IT Staffing, Managed Services, RPO, Project-based hiring, or Digital Transformation services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Identify and acquire new GCC customers across India.
- Develop and execute account acquisition strategies.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Build a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

- Engage CXOs, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement, and Delivery Leaders.
- Understand client hiring plans and technology roadmaps.




- Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Sales & Revenue

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive staffing, managed services, payroll, and project opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.

Market Intelligence

- Track GCC expansion plans across India.
- Monitor competitors, hiring trends, and emerging technologies.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
