Job Purpose: Act as the single point of contact for Manufacturing Excellence and Digital Transformation initiatives at the factory by coordinating implementation, user training, data validation and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of Trakwel (MES), mTrak, and other digital solutions
- Train end users and ensure system adoption.
- Maintain project dashboards and validate data accuracy.
- Support AI projects including Defect Detection and SPI Measurement.
- Coordinate with Production, IE, Maintenance, Quality and IT teams.
- Conduct weekly project reviews and submit progress reports.

Qualification
