Select Source International hiring Sales Manager for its own product JOBMA (AI focused ATS)

Location: Gurgaon and Noida (fully onsite)

Shift: Day

Experience: 5+ years (only relevant experience will be considered from HR Tech / HR Software industry)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for HRTech and SaaS products.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct product demos and understand client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update and manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Experience selling HR Technology products such as HR Software, ATS, Recruitment Software, or Job Boards.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven,



target-oriented, and able to work in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Industry

HRTech, Recruitment Technology, B2B SaaS, ATS Platforms, HR Software, or Job Board companies.
