-Handle inbound & outbound international customer calls.
-Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Work closely with internal teams to escalate & resolve queries.
-Training: Willing to travel US for 1 month of training
Required Candidate profile
*1–2 years in an International Voice
*Communication: Excellent English communication
*Graduation required
*Passport: Mandatory
*B1 Visa: Preferred
*Must be willing to sign a 2-year employment bond
