- 2 4 years in QA for cable, wire, or electrical product manufacturing
- Familiarity with BIS IS 694:2010 and CPRI testing procedures
- Proficient in MS Excel for data logging and trend analysis
- Detail-oriented with robust documentation discipline
- Conduct conductor resistance, insulation resistance, spark test, and tensile tests per IS 694:2010
- Manage BIS surveillance audit preparation and documentation
- Approve or reject incoming copper and raw material lots
- Investigate customer quality complaints and implement corrective actions
- Maintain calibration records for all lab instruments
- Maintain BIS certification and internal quality standards
- Lead incoming material checks, in-process testing, and customer sample approvals
