Job Overview

We are seeking a Linux Tower Lead to manage and lead the Linux operations tower, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance across enterprise Linux environments. The role requires strong technical leadership and hands-on expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Linux operations (Oracle Linux / RHEL) across environments

- Act as technical escalation point (L3/Lead)

- Own patching, compliance, capacity, and availability management

- Drive incident, problem, and change management

- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and conduct knowledge sessions

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams

- Define SOPs, SLAs, and operational improvements

Required Skills
- Deep expertise in Linux (Oracle Linux, RHEL)





- Robust troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

- Experience in tower/operations leadership

- Knowledge of patching, security, and compliance frameworks

- Hands-on scripting experience (Shell/Ansible preferred)

- Strong stakeholder and communication skills

Good to Have
- Cloud experience (OCI / Azure / AWS)

- Automation and configuration management exposure

- ITIL certification
