Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM Payroll solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized payroll configurations using SAP HCM modules such as Time Management, Absence Management, Compensation Administration, Benefits Administration, etc.
- Provide technical guidance on payroll processing procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll data discrepancies and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements :

- 5-15 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation or support projects.
- Solid understanding of UK-specific payroll regulations (e.g., National Minimum Wage Act) and ability to apply this knowledge in client engagements.
- Experience working with multiple SAP HCM modules including Time Management, Absence Management, Compensation Administration, Benefits Administration etc.
