Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processing of policies, claims, and underwriting activities.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-11 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance industry or related field.

- Solid understanding of US Insurance regulations and practices (P&C;).

- Proven track record in team handling, leadership, management, premium audit, underwriting, insurance operations.
- Transition experience Mandatory
