What Youll Do

Build, develop, and complete comprehensive test plans and test cases

Perform detailed platform testing to ensure software meets rigorous standards

Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects

Apply appropriate testing tools and techniques, optimizing efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.

Jira / Zephyr / Testrail / Xray / Confluence knowledge is a must.

Apply AI know-how to improve testing processes and outcomes

Implement and drive automation strategies for streamlined testing procedures

Excellent hands-on skills with testing activities - functional testing, Regression Testing, integration testing etc.

Perform performance and stress testing to identify system limits

Review and analyze system specifications

Provide detailed documentation of test results and processes

Mentor and support team members in testing methodologies

Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements





Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes

Successfully implement testing strategies to compete in a fast-paced industry

Communicate regularly with collaborators, ensuring alignment with Agile methodology.

Innovate and implement improvements in testing processes, tools, and test cases to improve overall efficiency.

What Were Looking For

Proven experience as a Test Engineer with 5+ years in a senior role

Proven verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with global collaborators.

ISTQB certification is a must.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Linux, windows, Unity, and technical tools.

Prior experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable.

Solid experience in hardware/platform testing and AI technologies

Outstanding problem-solving, analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting

Solid understanding of software development/testing lifecycle and testing methodologies

Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins), automation tools and strategies

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and quality standards

Experience with performance and stress testing methods
