Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Lead / Ops Manager to oversee network operations, team performance, and vendor management, ensuring optimal delivery of services and adherence to SLAs and quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for induction of new joiners within the first week

- Audit the teams ticket status to ensure timely and proper closure

- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly governance meetings

- Monitor vendor performance with weekly and monthly meetings, dashboards, and SLA/SIP discussions

- Conduct quarterly process reviews and update documents with proper version control

- Plan weekly rosters and manage shift availabilities

- Ensure proper communication and updates during incidents

- Track incidents until closure and maintain communication between EXL ENOC teams

- Serve as SPOC for ENOC Program, taking complete ownership of program performance

- Generate daily, weekly,



and monthly reports

- Ensure adherence to SLA and quality metrics

- Maintain documentation and reports from L1/L2/L3 teams

- Circulate analysis reports for all major incidents in a timely manner

- Drive and participate in P1 incidents/conference calls for faster resolution

- Analyze skill gaps, plan trainings, and report in SIP

- Ensure network and process-related documents are updated and available for reference (monthly audits)

- Drive transformation initiatives and adoption of automation/current tools for network infrastructure
