The Learning & Capability Manager is responsible for designing and executing the organization's learning, leadership development, and capability-building strategy. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and external learning providers to build future-ready capabilities, accelerate leadership pipelines, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The incumbent will leverage data, digital learning technologies, and AI-enabled solutions to deliver measurable business impact through strategic learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement leadership development and capability-building programs aligned with business priorities.
- Develop learning strategies, career development pathways, and talent acceleration initiatives.
- Drive innovation in learning through AI-enabled solutions, microlearning, and digital learning platforms.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of LMS/LXP platforms, including LinkedIn Learning and other digital content providers.
- Measure learning effectiveness, ROI,



and business impact using data and analytics.
- Support organizational change through learning interventions during transformation initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and external vendors to identify capability needs and deliver effective learning solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 6 - 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Capability Building.
- Experience with leadership development, digital learning platforms, LMS/LXP, learning analytics, and change management.
