About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets to inform strategic business decisions. As a permanent member of our tech team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and SQL proficiency to deliver high-quality analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute complex SQL queries to support data extraction and analysis.
- Collaborate with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to derive actionable business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness,



and consistency through rigorous validation and quality assurance processes.
- Create and automate reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings.
- Independently analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
- Translate technical data insights into transparent, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Understand and apply industry-specific metrics and KPIs to contextualize data insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT, and data engineering, to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries involving joins, subqueries, window functions, and Common Table Expressions (CTEs).
- Demonstrated experience with relational databases.
- Strong data extraction, transformation, and interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into business recommendations.
- Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
