- Current mould development for Project Handling.
- Responsible for T-0 to T-Final, Till final mould validation.
- Independent decision maker for preparing action plan for post-trial of mould functioning & aesthetic.
- Independently work & do dimensional correction for on going project
- Knowledge of APQP will be added advantage , can able to prepare APQP time plan and monitor project with CFT approach .
- Attending first trial & critical trials .
- After trial co-ordination with design team , manufacturing & assembly members as per customers.
- Able to work on MS office for tracking mold current status & maintain weekly report from T-0 to T-Final.
- Attending customer independently & attend meeting independent online / offline .
- Work as per Mold checklist for T0 & Mould Dispatch.
- Responsible for mould handover, ( arrange all documents, ok samples , inspection report with customer approval ).
- Visiting customer & supplier whenever needed during mould development.
- Responsible for customer mould validation ( ensure mould is made as per customer demand ) validation plan & execution.
- Follow Up with Design / manufacturing for daily work completion status.
- Attend mould design review & able to provide inputs for improvement
