Hiring: Recruitment Manager BPO Volume Hiring

Location: Noida

Human Before Resource (HBR) is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our BPO Volume Hiringvertical from our Noida office.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for large-scale BPO hiring across Domestic and International Voice, Non-Voice, Chat, Blended, and Backend processes.

- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets while ensuring quality and TAT.

- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.

- Build solid sourcing channels through job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, and vendor networks.

- Coordinate walk-in drives, bulk hiring events, and recruitment campaigns.

- Maintain robust relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

- Track recruitment metrics including pipeline, offer-to-join ratio, TAT, and recruiter productivity.

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Develop hiring strategies to meet aggressive business growth plans.

Required Experience





- 5–10 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in managing high-volume BPO hiring.

- Strong exposure to hiring for International Voice, Domestic Voice, Chat, Email, Blended, and Customer Support processes.

- Proven track record of delivering bulk hiring numbers within tight timelines.

- Experience in handling recruiter teams and driving performance.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred:

- Experience working with leading BPOs recruitment company or similar organizations.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
