Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field CCNA certification preferred

- Provide desktop, laptop, and end-user technical support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, software, and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network-related issues.
- Configure IP, DHCP, DNS, printer sharing, and user access permissions.
- Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, and video conferencing devices.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, network infrastructure, and IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset records, inventory, movement logs, and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IT reports and checklists.
- Ensure IT compliance and support internal/external audits.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT systems and troubleshoot system failures.
- Provide user support for MS Office, Windows OS, and business applications.




- Support manufacturing software such as AutoCAD and other production-related applications.
- Maintain SQL Server databases and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Follow IT security policies, backup procedures, and access control guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and AMC support

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field..

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmnet.
