Mores Techno Pvt. Ltd. looking for Marketing Manager, who is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and manage marketing initiatives across various channels.

Positions: Marketing Manager

Job Location: Noida, Sector 90

Workdays: 6 Day (Monday to Saturday)

Package: 50K to 80K CTC

Objectives of this role

- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the management & the sales members to ensure consistent branding and lead generation.
- Branding, PR & Corporate Communications.
- Digital campaign strategy, execution & performance management.
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.




- Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Collaborate with the management to develop marketing strategy and plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns. Real Estate experience will be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity. Creative thinking and strategic mindset.
- Experience with marketing automation tools

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

- Masters Degree a must with a minimum of 3-6 years of core marketing experience
- Proficiency with Online Marketing and Social Media Strategy
- Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
