We're an early-stage, execution-first team turning fragmented, episodic healthcare into something proactive and personalized. MAIVITA Private Limited is the India entity driving this build.
Role Overview
We're hiring a Sales Executive to own frontline growth turning conversations with clinics, providers, and patients into real adoption of the MAI Health platform. This isn't a scripted call-center sales role: you'll be talking to doctors and clinic owners about a product that changes how they practice, and your judgment on each conversation directly shapes our growth curve. You'll report into the Sales Manager / Founder's Office, which means visibility into strategy, not just quota.
Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads across clinics, healthcare providers, and end users
- Run product demos that translate MAI Health's capabilities into a clinic's or provider's day-to-day
- Convert inbound and outbound prospects into active, paying users
- Build and maintain relationships with clinics and healthcare providers as long-term partners, not one-time deals
- Keep CRM data clean and current your pipeline visibility is the team's pipeline visibility
- Support partnership conversations and broader business growth initiatives as they come up
- Own and hit monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Coordinate closely with Customer Success and Operations to make sure what you sell, we deliver

Required Qualifications





- 13 years of B2B or healthcare sales experience (medical representative background welcomed)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proven ability to carry and hit a sales target, not just generate activity

Preferred Qualifications

- Healthtech or SaaS sales exposure
- Experience selling to clinics, hospitals, or healthcare providers specifically
- Inside sales or consultative sales background

Skills Required

- Strong communication and negotiation skills you can hold your own in a room with a practicing doctor
- Working familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- High ownership mindset you close the loop without being chased
- Comfort with startup pace: ambiguity, shifting priorities, and building process as you go

KPIs / Success Metrics

- Monthly sales conversions against target
- Lead-to-demo conversion ratio
- Revenue attainment
- Current customer acquisition (clinics/providers onboarded)
- CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy

Compensation & Growth
3.006.00 LPA fixed + performance incentives, structured around conversions and revenue attainment. Clear growth path toward Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager as the team and territory scale.
