- Audit of monthly reconciliation statements for all materials and preparing theoretical consumption statement and recovery of the same.
- Audit of DPR, Labour Bills & Must roll and their payments.
- Audit of Pour Cards / other records of execution of work.
- Working out input of items & Labour Cost.
- Audit for Vendor’s Liabilities against the supplied material through software/Manually.
- Audit of a Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant for the purpose of quality assurance, structural integrity and consumption including checking & comparing with theoretical quantities used at site.
- Budget Estimation & Forecast.
- Preparing SOPs / Method statement for various activities.
