Key Roles Responsibilities

- ESG Strategy Implementation
- Support development and execution of ESG strategy aligned with business priorities and growth plans
- Drive implementation of ESG roadmap across manufacturing sites (climate, water, waste, safety, social impact)
- Translate ESG vision into actionable programs with explicit targets and KPIs

Environmental Sustainability Decarbonisation
- Lead initiatives on:
- Carbon footprint reduction (Scope 1, 2 3 where applicable)
- Energy efficiency and renewable integration
- Water conservation and waste minimization
- Drive projects such as fuel transition, biomass adoption, and emission reduction programs
