About the Role

Agile Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Technical Service Personnel to provide end-to-end IT infrastructure support and ensure the smooth operation of enterprise IT systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure management, operating systems, hardware maintenance, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Support physical and virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Configure and support end-user computing devices and enterprise applications.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine health checks of IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with senior technical teams for issue escalation.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components.




- Maintain technical documentation, asset records, service reports, and incident logs.
- Follow IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service management processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Ensure high system availability while minimizing downtime.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems. • Basic working knowledge of Linux administration.
- Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, servers, printers, scanners, UPS, and other IT peripherals.
- Understanding of physical and virtual server environments.
- Valuable knowledge of computer hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
