Key Responsibilities:-

Design multilayer PCB layouts for SMPS, battery chargers, and EV charger products.

Develop PCB layouts based on schematics provided by the hardware design team.

Perform component placement while considering thermal, EMI/EMC, manufacturability, and signal integrity requirements.

Route high-current and high-voltage circuits following PCB design best practices.

Generate manufacturing deliverables including Gerber files, ODB++, drill files, pick-and-place files, and fabrication drawings.

Coordinate with hardware engineers, mechanical engineers, and PCB fabrication/assembly vendors.

Perform PCB design rule checks (DRC) and support design validation.

Maintain PCB libraries and create current schematic symbols and footprints as required.

Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and design modifications.

Ensure compliance with IPC standards and company design guidelines.





Required Skills:-

1 year of experience in PCB layout design.

Proficiency in Cadence Allegro/OrCAD PCB Designer and Altium Designer.

Experience in PCB design for:

SMPS

AC-DC/DC-DC Power Supplies

Battery Chargers

EV Chargers

Knowledge of multilayer PCB stack-up and high-current PCB design.

Understanding of EMI/EMC design practices.

Familiarity with PCB fabrication and assembly processes.

Knowledge of Gerber generation, BOM, and manufacturing documentation.

Ability to read and understand electronic schematics.

Basic understanding of power electronics.

Preferred Qualifications:-

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline.
