We are seeking an experienced and proactive Management Accountant to join our Finance team in Noida. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance (UK), this is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, driving improvements, and building robust financial processes.

About the Role:
This position is focused on domestic Indian accounting, taxation, compliance, and statutory requirements, supporting the Company's operations in India. While the role works closely with UK leadership, it is not an international accounting role.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can bring fresh thinking, challenge existing processes, and help strengthen the finance function while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Produce and analyse financial reporting and management information to support business decision-making.
Manage GST, TDS, advance tax, payroll-related compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.
Support annual audits and statutory financial reporting processes.
Partner with stakeholders to improve financial controls, reporting quality, and operational efficiency.




Take ownership of the evolution of the finance function in India, demonstrating initiative and leadership in bringing accounting activities currently managed by external accountants in-house, while improving processes, controls, and financial reporting capabilities.
Participate in budgeting activities and identify opportunities to improve profitability and financial performance.

What We're Looking For:
Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
Strong experience in management accounting, statutory reporting, taxation, and GST compliance.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of key finance processes.
A proactive mindset with a proven track record of improving processes and driving change.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities.
Experience with Sage accounting software would be advantageous.
