We re Hiring | Senior Consultant Accounts Receivable (AR)
Location: Jabalpur / Noida Experience: 3+ Years
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Consultant Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, revenue accounting, cash application, and customer account reconciliation, with a robust understanding of US GAAP and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Perform revenue accounting activities in compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
- Process, reconcile, and apply customer payments accurately.
- Monitor and manage the AR mailbox , ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and requests.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, unapplied cash, deductions, and payment-related issues.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate AR records.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment-related concerns.
- Prepare AR reports,
support month-end closing activities, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue Accounting.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP .
- Hands-on experience with cash application , collections, account reconciliation, and AR mailbox management.
- Experience working with NetSuite ERP is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
